Supply Policy
The cost of shipping via Poczta Polska is PLN 7.90. If the total value of the order is PLN 150 or more, then the shipping cost is borne by Polityka Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością SKA (this does not apply to subscriptions to serial collections).
The shipment will be made within 7 days of receiving the payment. The ordered goods will be delivered only to the address provided during logging in.
We deliver COD shipments.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. In the case of non-conformity with the order, defective goods with non-compliance and letter stating expectations about how to implement commitments (refund or exchange rates), should be sent to the address of Eco-Corner Office, ul.Huby 6c, 64-553 Grzebienisko. 2. Within ten days of the delivery of the ordered goods, the Customer has the right to return it without giving any reasons as part of withdrawal from the contract, according to the general rules resulting from the provisions on concluding distance contracts. Pursuant to the Act, unpacked products cannot be returned. The seller returns the money to the customer's account within seven days.
3. Before collecting the parcel, the customer should check that the packaging has not been damaged in transit. In this case, the Customer should not accept the shipment and in the presence of the supplier's employee should draw up a damage report and immediately contact the Seller.
